Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of K.R.C.E.S.’s S.B. Harakuni BBA & BCA College is constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The committee is committed to providing a safe, secure and respectful environment for all students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff and visitors. Any complaint related to harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behavior is addressed with confidentiality, sensitivity and fairness.
